Starter covers SPY ETF data; Pro adds major US stocks including Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla along with Dow, S&P 500, and Nasdaq ETFs; Ultimate provides access to all tracked symbols including Bitcoin, China, Gold, and Oil ETFs. Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period ends, you can choose a paid subscription plan to continue accessing the platform.
Exelza covers the full US market session including pre-market (4:00 AM – 9:30 AM ET), regular hours (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET), and after-hours trading (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET). Our data is streamed in real-time during all sessions so you never miss unusual trading activity.
Our data is sourced from reliable, institutional-grade providers that aggregate trades directly from US stock exchanges. We process millions of data rows daily to detect unusual trading patterns, large block trades, and volume imbalances that may not be visible on standard trading platforms.
Manage Account
Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, fill in your details (name, email, password), and verify your email address. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration. Once registered, your 14-day free trial starts automatically.
Go to your Profile Settings and select the Billing section. From there, you can upgrade to a higher tier for immediate access to additional features (with prorated charges), or schedule a downgrade to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any unused credit from your current plan will be applied to the new plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile Settings under the Billing section. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
When your 14-day free trial ends, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Ultimate) to continue accessing the platform. If you added a payment method during the trial, your selected plan will begin automatically. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
Exelza offers multiple alert channels including Telegram notifications, email alerts, and in-app browser notifications. You can configure alert rules from your dashboard, set quiet hours, daily caps, and choose to receive instant alerts or digest summaries. Save your favorite filter configurations to get notified when new trades match your criteria.
Since Exelza provides digital data services, refunds are generally not available once the data has been accessed. However, we do consider refunds in cases of technical issues that prevent access to the platform (if our support team cannot resolve them) or billing errors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and MADA debit cards through our secure payment gateway (Amazon Payment Services). We also offer bank transfer via Saudi National Bank (SNB/Al-Ahli). All transactions are processed securely with 3D Secure authentication for your protection.
Absolutely. We use Amazon Payment Services (PayFort) as our payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are tokenized and never stored on our servers. All payment transactions are protected with 3D Secure authentication for an additional layer of security.

Yes. In accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. You can export your data or request account deletion from your Profile Settings. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
